One of the top excuses I hear when it comes to preparing for life after sport is about time. You have practice, games, school, family... all the things I get it. I'm empathetic, really I am, but there are athletes all over the world that get results on and off the court. If other athletes can, so can you it's just matter of figuring out what they're doing (or not doing) that you aren't. In this episode you will learn:
- How to track you time
- How to find extra hours you didn't know you had
- What task layering is and how you are already using it
- How to use task layering to get better results in your non-sport pursuits
What are you going to do differently from today on that will set you up for future success?
Oh, and that picture of my calendar is right here. I have all my "obligations blocked off that way I can see what I'm actually working with. You'd be surprised how this minor tweak make a big difference in a short period of time.
