Take away

Impostor syndrome is real and it's normal to bump up against it when you're first starting out after sports. You're probably trying to establish yourself as an expert or a professional in some other area, but all people know you as is a basketball player (or whatever sport you play) which is understandable. However, this shouldn't stop you from continuing your story and communicating your message.

In this episode you will learn:

  1. What impostor syndrome is
  2. Why being new is actually a good thing
  3. A simple phrase to help you deal with people trying to call you out
